You can't sell someone something you don't believe in. So your first sell is to yourself. You have to believe that your work is worth $1000. If you can get customers results and you've done this before it should be no issue believing that you can do it again and again.
You have to have a system where you are constantly contacting business owners. I've spoken about this before but you should be contacting business owners daily. The method I recommend is the 5 Channels of contact. 5 Channels of contact ensure you are reaching out through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, Text, Email, and through phone calls.
Also them more business owners you contact the more opportunities you will have to sell them. I suggest no less than 10 messages per day per channel.
Creating a systematic approach to your meetings and appointments is crucial. You don't ever want to wing it. Nor do you want to let the business owner control the conversation. First get them to admit the problem, the solution, and then show how you can and have provided this solution to others, and lastly ask for the sale.
When you ask for the sale you should be confident. If you follow the 5 channels of contact method and are actively reaching out constantly, you will not feel much pressure to make the sale. However, if you are sporadic in your search you will come off as if you really need to make a sale and your potential customer will know. And they will try to get you to adjust your price. Never adjust your price unless you want to.
